Shipping policy

Prism Herbs is currently only shipping Cosmetic products. Herbal tea blends and other consumable products are only available for in-person/market purchase. 

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a notification when your order has shipped. 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. 

We do not ship to P.O. boxes. 

If your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible at PrismHerbs@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
